With an 82.2mm wide by 18.8mm tall cross-section and a 42.2mm inner width, it accommodates LED flexible strips up to 32mm in width and provides both heat dissipation and physical protection to the LED assembly. Constructed from 6063-T5 aluminum with a silver anodized finish, the profile is rated for operating temperatures from -50°C to 100°C and supports LED assemblies rated to 50,000 hours. The milky PC diffuser delivers 86% light transmission with medium coefficient diffusion via a push-in assembly method, producing uniform brightness while reducing visible LED hot spots.
