Shipping Policy

We ship from our warehouse in the Miami, Florida area. The following policy outlines our shipping methods, processing times, and procedures. If you have questions about a specific order, contact us at support@poliled.com.

Domestic Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping options for orders within the contiguous United States:

  • Ground Shipping (3–7 business days): Standard ground delivery from our Miami, FL warehouse. Actual transit time depends on your distance from our facility.
  • 2-Day Air: Delivery within 2 business days from ship date. Must be placed by 2:00 PM EST on a business day to ship same day.
  • Next Day Air: Delivery the next business day from ship date. Must be placed by 12:00 PM EST to ship same day. Not available for all products.

We ship via UPS or FedEx, selected at our discretion based on cost and service quality for your location. If you require a specific carrier, contact us before placing your order and we will accommodate where possible — additional charges may apply.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) after payment confirmation. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on a business day are typically processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.
  • During peak periods or promotional events, processing may take up to 3 business days. We will notify you if your order is significantly delayed.
  • Custom or special-order items may have extended lead times. Estimated lead time will be communicated at the time of order.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking portal. You can also view your shipment status in your Poli LED account dashboard under “Order History.”

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update in the carrier's system after your shipment is scanned. If your tracking number shows no movement after 48 hours, contact us at support@poliled.com.

Free Shipping

Free standard ground shipping is available on qualifying orders within the contiguous United States. Free standard ground shipping on orders over $100 within the contiguous U.S. Threshold subject to change — current threshold shown at checkout.]

Free shipping applies to standard ground service only. Expedited shipping (2-Day Air, Next Day Air), freight shipments, and orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories do not qualify for free shipping.

Large & Freight Orders

Orders over 150 lbs or involving oversized items (such as large LED fixtures, bulk spools of LED strip, or pallet quantities) may ship via LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight.

  • Freight rates are quoted separately and are not calculated at standard checkout. Contact us before ordering large quantities to receive a freight quote.
  • Freight delivery requires someone present at the delivery location to sign for the shipment. If no one is available, the carrier will schedule a redelivery attempt.
  • Liftgate service is available upon request for locations without a loading dock. Liftgate fees apply.
  • Freight delivery timelines are estimates; transit times of 3–10 business days are typical for most contiguous U.S. destinations.
  • Inspect all freight shipments at delivery before signing the Bill of Lading (see “Damaged Shipments” below).

Shipping Restrictions

Certain products are subject to shipping restrictions:

  • Products containing lithium batteries or classified as hazardous materials cannot ship via air service and are restricted to ground shipping only.
  • We currently ship to the contiguous 48 states, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. Additional charges apply for Alaska, Hawaii, and territories.
  • We do not currently offer standard checkout shipping to P.O. Boxes. Please use a physical street address.
  • Some oversized or heavy products may only be eligible for freight shipping regardless of order total.

Damaged Shipments

We take great care in packaging your order. However, damage can occur during transit. Follow these steps if your order arrives damaged:

  • Parcel shipments (UPS/FedEx): Inspect the package upon delivery. If damage is visible on the exterior, note it before accepting the package.
  • Freight shipments: Inspect the shipment with the driver present before signing the Bill of Lading. Note any visible damage directly on the BOL. Do not refuse the shipment — accept it and note the damage.
  • Photograph all damage (exterior packaging and product) within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Email support@poliled.com with your order number and photos within 5 business days of delivery.
  • Retain all original packaging materials until the claim is resolved.

Failure to report damage within 5 business days may limit our ability to file a carrier claim on your behalf.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer standard international checkout. For international orders, please contact sales@poliled.com for a freight quote and to discuss logistics.

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
  • Poli LED is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
  • Some products may be restricted from export due to U.S. regulations.
