An order that misses any distributor condition is not refused — it is simply priced at Wholesale instead.
Liquidation, clearance and final-sale items, anything already carrying a promotion or special discount, custom orders, and special project pricing. These sell at their published price in every tier. Seasonal campaigns are an exception: eligible retail and wholesale buyers receive seasonal savings on their existing price, including clearance and negotiated deals. Account and seasonal savings apply sequentially. Distributor accounts never receive seasonal savings, including orders priced at wholesale. Coupons apply only to non-seasonal lines; the full subtotal still qualifies toward coupon minimums.
Distributor pricing is for businesses that resell lighting. It is not available to gyms and fitness studios, salons, barbershops and spas, automotive businesses, restaurants and hospitality, electricians, installers and subcontractors who do not resell product, construction and trade companies doing installation only, real-estate and property-management firms without a resale showroom, offices and professional-service businesses, or e-commerce-only businesses with no physical showroom.
