These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Poli LED, LLC (“Poli LED,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a company incorporated in the State of Florida. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order, you will receive a full refund of any amount charged.
Shipping timelines provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other events beyond our control.
Returns are subject to our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned goods, provided the return meets the conditions set forth in that policy. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our return policy.
Products sold through poliled.com may carry the manufacturer's original warranty. Additionally, Poli LED provides a limited 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects on our stocked products under normal use and installation conditions. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, POLI LED, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

By submitting product reviews, comments, questions, or other content to the Site, you grant Poli LED a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, and distribute such content worldwide in any media. You represent and warrant that you own or have the rights to such content, and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law. We reserve the right to remove any user content at our discretion.

YOU AND POLI LED WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND AGREE THAT CLAIMS WILL BE BROUGHT IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.
