By accessing or using poliled.com (the “Site”) you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. These Terms are a legally binding agreement between you and Poli LED, LLC (“PoliLED,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a company incorporated in the State of Florida. We may modify these Terms at any time, and continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

We work hard to show accurate descriptions, specifications, and prices, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, pricing, or other content are error-free, complete, or current. We may correct errors and update information at any time without notice.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is confirmed when we send an order confirmation email. We may cancel any order — for product unavailability, a pricing error, or suspected fraud, among other reasons. If we cancel, you receive a full refund of anything charged.
Shipping timelines shown at checkout are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or anything else outside our control.

Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, incorporated here by reference. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned goods, provided the return meets the conditions in that policy. We may refuse returns that do not.
Products sold through poliled.com may carry the manufacturer’s original warranty. In addition, PoliLED gives a limited 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects on our stocked products under normal use and installation. It does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, or modification. Full terms are on our Warranty Information page.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, POLI LED, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF THE SITE OR THE PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the limitations above may not apply to you in full.

You may not reproduce, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise use any content from this Site without our prior written permission, except for your own personal, non-commercial use.
By submitting reviews, comments, questions, or other content to the Site, you grant PoliLED a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, and distribute that content worldwide in any medium. You confirm you own or have the rights to it and that it infringes nobody else’s rights and breaks no law. We may remove user content at our discretion.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms — or to their breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity, including whether this agreement to arbitrate applies — shall be settled by binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida, before a single arbitrator, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.
YOU AND POLI LED WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND AGREE THAT CLAIMS WILL BE BROUGHT IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. You waive your right to take part in a class action or class-wide arbitration.
Either party may still seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.
We may modify these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continuing to use the Site after they are posted means you accept them. We encourage you to review this page from time to time.
