Our Warranty Promise

We stand behind the products we sell. Every stocked product on poliled.com carries at least a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use and installation conditions. Our goal is simple: if a product fails due to a defect, we will make it right.

This warranty is provided by Poli LED directly to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Warranty Coverage

Our limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Covered issues include:

• Manufacturing defects that cause the product to fail to function as specified.
• Premature component failure not caused by misuse, environmental factors beyond the product's rating, or improper installation.
• Dead on Arrival (DOA) products — items that do not function at all when first powered on under correct conditions. DOA must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

Warranty coverage begins on the date of original purchase (as documented by your order confirmation).

What Is Not Covered

The following conditions and circumstances void warranty coverage:

• Physical damage caused by dropping, crushing, bending, or other mechanical impact.
• Water or moisture damage beyond the product's rated IP (Ingress Protection) level.
• Damage caused by improper installation, including incorrect voltage, reversed polarity, exceeding maximum load ratings, or failure to follow product specifications.
• Use in applications, environments, or conditions outside the product's rated specifications (e.g., using an indoor-rated product outdoors).
• Normal wear and tear on consumable or mechanical components.
• Products that have been modified, altered, repaired, or disassembled by parties other than Poli LED or an authorized service provider.
• Damage caused by power surges, voltage spikes, lightning, or improper electrical supply.
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect the product's functionality.
• Products without proof of purchase from poliled.com.

Warranty Periods by Category

The following warranty periods apply to stocked product categories. Specific products may carry different warranty periods — always refer to the individual product page for the most accurate warranty information.

* Warranty periods are from date of purchase. Individual product pages may list extended manufacturer warranties where applicable.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, email support@poliled.com with the subject line “Warranty Claim” and include the following:

1. Order number from your original purchase.
2. Product name and SKU (found on your order confirmation or product page).
3. Description of the defect — what the product is doing (or not doing), when the issue started, and under what conditions.
4. Photos or video clearly showing the defect or failure. For electrical failures, a short video demonstrating the issue is extremely helpful.

We will respond within 2 business days with our assessment. Resolution options include:

• Replacement: We ship a replacement unit at no cost to you. In some cases, we may request the defective unit be returned (prepaid label provided).
• Store Credit: If a replacement is not available, we issue store credit for the purchase price of the product.
• Repair: For certain products, a repair may be offered as an alternative resolution.

Manufacturer Warranty vs. Poli LED Warranty

Some products we carry include a manufacturer's direct warranty in addition to our Poli LED limited warranty. In these cases, you have flexibility in how you resolve a warranty issue:

• You may contact the manufacturer directly to initiate a warranty claim through their process, OR
• You may go through Poli LED — we will coordinate with the manufacturer on your behalf.

Manufacturer warranty terms, coverage periods, and claim procedures vary by brand and product. Check the product page or documentation included with your product for manufacturer-specific warranty details.

Limitations

This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Poli LED and replaces all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

• This warranty does not cover consequential damages, including but not limited to labor costs for removal and reinstallation of defective products, lost revenue, or damage to other property.
• Replacement products are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period of the replaced product, not for a new full warranty term.
• Poli LED's total liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the defective product.
