Our Warranty Promise

PoliLED provides a standard 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects on stocked products under normal use and installation conditions.

Final-sale products and some custom orders have different warranty terms. For these exceptions, the specific terms stated for the product or in your quote or order confirmation apply. Confirm the coverage before purchasing; do not assume the standard 2-year period applies to an exception.

This warranty is provided by PoliLED directly to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Warranty Coverage

Our limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Covered issues include:

• Manufacturing defects that cause the product to fail to function as specified.
• Premature component failure not caused by misuse, environmental factors beyond the product’s rating or improper installation.
• Dead on Arrival (DOA) products: items that do not function when first powered on under correct conditions. DOA must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

Warranty coverage begins on the date of original purchase, as documented by your order confirmation.

What Is Not Covered

The following conditions and circumstances void warranty coverage:

• Physical damage caused by dropping, crushing, bending or other mechanical impact.
• Water or moisture damage beyond the product’s rated IP (Ingress Protection) level.
• Damage caused by improper installation, including incorrect voltage, reversed polarity, exceeding maximum load ratings or failure to follow product specifications.
• Use in applications, environments or conditions outside the product’s rated specifications, such as using an indoor-rated product outdoors.
• Normal wear and tear on consumable or mechanical components.
• Products modified, altered, repaired or disassembled by parties other than PoliLED or an authorized service provider.
• Damage caused by power surges, voltage spikes, lightning or improper electrical supply.
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect the product’s functionality.
• Products without proof of purchase from poliled.com.

Standard Warranty & Exceptions

The standard period applies across stocked product categories. Final-sale products and selected custom orders are exceptions with their own stated terms.

Periods are measured from the original purchase date. A separate manufacturer warranty may offer additional coverage; its terms vary by product.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, email support@poliledsigns.com with the subject line “Warranty Claim” and include:

1. Order number from your original purchase.
2. Product name and SKU from your order confirmation or product page.
3. Description of the defect: what the product is doing, when the issue started and under what conditions.
4. Photos or video clearly showing the defect or failure. A short video is helpful for electrical failures.

We will respond within 2 business days with our assessment. Resolution options include:

• Replacement: We ship a replacement at no cost. In some cases, we request return of the defective unit with a prepaid label.
• Store credit: If a replacement is unavailable, we issue store credit for the product’s purchase price.
• Repair: For certain products, a repair may be offered as an alternative resolution.

Manufacturer Warranty vs. PoliLED Warranty

Some products include a manufacturer’s direct warranty in addition to PoliLED’s limited warranty. In these cases:

• You may contact the manufacturer directly to initiate a claim through its process.
• You may go through PoliLED; we will coordinate with the manufacturer on your behalf.

Manufacturer warranty terms, coverage periods and claim procedures vary by brand and product. Check the product page or included documentation for manufacturer-specific details.

Limitations

This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by PoliLED and replaces all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

• This warranty does not cover consequential damages, including labor costs for removal and reinstallation, lost revenue or damage to other property.
• Replacement products are covered for the remainder of the replaced product’s original warranty period, not a new full term.
• PoliLED’s total liability under this warranty shall not exceed the defective product’s original purchase price.
