The trimless drywall aluminum LED profile mounts flush into drywall assemblies for frameless linear lighting in commercial and residential interiors. Measuring 68.4mm (2.69") wide and 14mm (0.55") tall with an anodized black finish, it accepts LED flexible strips up to 21mm wide. Constructed from 6063-T5 aluminum for heat dissipation and physical protection of the installed strip, the profile is offered in 1m, 2m, 2.5m, 3m and 4m lengths. The push-in milky PC diffuser transmits 86% of the light output with medium coefficient diffusion, producing uniform brightness and reducing visible LED points. Rated operating temperature range is -50°C to 100°C. Covered by a 1-year warranty, with a rated LED lifetime of 50,000 hours.
