The LDW Drywall Series is a 55mm x 16mm aluminum channel profile designed for recessed LED strip installations in drywall ceilings and walls. Constructed from 6063-T5 aluminum with an international-standard silver anodized finish, it accommodates LED flexible strips up to 12mm wide and functions as both a heat sink and physical protection for the LED assembly. The profile accepts a push-in PC milky diffuser with 86% light transmission and medium coefficient diffusion, producing uniform brightness while reducing visible LED hot spots. Working temperature range is -50°C to 100°C, and LED service life is rated at 50,000 hours. Available lengths include 1m, 2m, 2.5m, 3m, and 4m, with white painted and black anodized finishes and transparent, milky (opal), or black diffusers offered. Backed by a 1-year warranty.
