A double-head infrared door sensor switch for automatic control of low-voltage lighting at cabinet doors, closets, kitchen casework and similar access points. The unit consists of an electronic module and an IR sensor that reacts to the presence of an obstacle opposite the active element. When an object such as a closed door sits within the 10 cm detection area, supply voltage is withheld from the load and the lamp remains off; once the object clears the field, voltage is applied and the lamp turns on. The switch operates on 12V DC and is rated for 5A up to 60 watts, with two sensing heads served by a single electronic unit. The housing is finished in black.
