Recessed Drywall LED Channel Profile, 16.1mm Wide, Up to 15W/m, 100° Beam

A recessed aluminum LED channel profile designed for drywall installation, intended for contractors and lighting integrators who require a clean, flush-mounted linear lighting solution. Constructed from 6065-T5 aluminum with a PC diffused cover, it accepts LED strips up to 10mm wide and installs by adhering the strip, pressing in the diffuser, and securing the end caps into the recessed channel. The profile measures 16.1mm wide by 80mm high with a 10.3mm inner width, supports a maximum load of 15W/m, and delivers a 100° beam angle through the diffused cover. It weighs 0.603 kg/m and is available in silver or black anodized finishes, as well as powder-coated white, black, or custom colors. This configuration is supplied in a 2000mm length; 2500mm and 3000mm sections are also offered. Rated LED lifetime is 50,000 hours, and the profile carries a 1-year warranty.
