The 5-LW1707-BK is a black anodized aluminum LED channel profile measuring 17mm wide by 7mm tall in a 3m (9.8 ft / 118 in) length. Extruded from 6063-T5 aluminum with an anodized surface, it provides heat sinking and physical protection for LED strip installations in coves, cabinetry, display fixtures and architectural linear runs. The 12.5mm interior channel accepts flexible strips up to 12mm wide. The profile pairs with BF2835 series flexible strip, including the 12V DC configuration rated 14.4 W/m, 1,555 lm/m, CRI above 80 and a service life exceeding 50,000 hours, with a 50mm minimum cutting unit of three LEDs. Diffusers in transparent, milky/opal, matt opal and black are produced from UV-resistant Bayer-grade PC and PMMA. Mounting clips and end caps are available as accessories.
