Black Anodized Aluminum LED Channel Profile, 2500mm Length, 22x7mm Cross-Section

This black anodized aluminum LED channel profile houses and protects flexible LED strip lighting in commercial and architectural installations. At 2500mm in length with a 22x7mm cross-section, it accommodates LED strips up to 11mm wide and provides both a heat-dissipation path and physical protection for the strip. Constructed from 6063-T5 aluminum with a high-standard black anodized surface, the profile is rated for working temperatures from -50°C to 100°C. It accepts a milky PC diffuser that transmits 86% of light output with medium coefficient diffusion, reducing visible LED hot spots and producing uniform surface brightness. The diffuser assembles by push-in method and requires no additional fasteners.
