The LDW Drywall Series edge profile is an aluminum LED channel built for edge-mount drywall installations. It houses LED flexible strip lighting along wall and ceiling drywall edges to produce a seamless finished appearance in commercial and residential construction. Constructed from 6063-T5 aluminum with a silver anodized surface finish, the profile measures 15.2mm outer width, 12.6mm inner width and 16.5mm height, with a 38.2mm wing span for drywall integration. It accepts LED flexible strip up to 12mm wide and is supplied in 3m lengths. The included milky PC diffuser provides 86% light transmission with medium coefficient diffusion and push-in assembly. Rated for operation from -50°C to 100°C, the extrusion serves as both heat sink and physical protection for the strip. Covered by a 1-year warranty.
