Surface Mount Aluminum LED Channel Profile, 16mm x 12mm, 10 ft (3m)

The 5-LW1612-10 is a surface-mount aluminum LED channel profile measuring 16mm wide by 12mm tall, supplied in a 10 ft (3m) length. It is designed to house and protect LED flexible strips up to 10mm wide, providing both a finished appearance and passive heat dissipation for strip lighting installations in commercial and architectural applications. Constructed from 6063-T5 aluminum with an anodized silver finish, the extrusion offers structural protection and serves as a heat sink for the LED strip. The included milky PC diffuser transmits 86% of light output with medium coefficient diffusion, producing uniform illumination and reducing visible LED hot spots. The profile is rated for operating temperatures from -50°C to 100°C. Diffuser options include transparent, milky (opal), and black. Finish options include silver anodized, white painted, and black anodized. Assembly is accomplished via push-in diffuser installation.
