Square Surface Aluminum LED Profile Channel, 20x20mm Anodized, 9.8 ft (3m)

The 5-LW2020-S-10 is a 20x20mm square surface-mount aluminum LED profile channel designed to house and protect flexible LED strip lighting in commercial and architectural installations. At 9.8 ft (3m) per length, it provides a clean, finished appearance for linear lighting applications including cove lighting, under-cabinet runs, and accent work. The inner channel accommodates LED strips up to 16mm wide. Constructed from 6063-T5 aluminum with a silver anodized finish, the profile functions as both a heat sink and physical guard for the LED strip. The included milky PC diffuser transmits 86% of light output with medium diffusion, eliminating visible LED hotspots for uniform illumination. The profile is rated for operating temperatures from -50°C to -100°C and is available in silver anodized, white painted, and black anodized finishes. Diffuser options include transparent, milky (opal), and black. Assembly is tool-free via push-in diffuser installation.
