The 5-LW1606-10 is a surface-mount aluminum LED channel profile measuring 16x7mm, used to house and protect flexible LED strip lighting in commercial and architectural installations. It is extruded from 6063-T5 aluminum in a white finish and accepts flexible strips up to 11mm wide, with an inner channel width of 11.2mm. This configuration is supplied in a 3 m (9.84 ft / 118 in) length. The channel serves as a heat sink and physical barrier for the strip, and the milky PC diffuser transmits 86% of incident light with a medium coefficient of diffusion to even out visible LED points. The diffuser installs by push-in assembly and is rated for service from -50 C to 100 C. Rated LED system life is 50,000 hours. Backed by a 1-year warranty.
