Surface-mount or suspended aluminum LED channel in a 60 x 60 mm extruded profile, supplied in a 118 in. (3 m) length with a 49.4 mm inner channel. It is used for linear overhead and surface lighting runs in commercial and industrial interiors. The body is 6063-T5 aluminum with an anodized silver surface treatment that provides heat sinking and physical protection for the LED strip. The channel accepts flexible strips up to 49 mm wide and pairs with a push-in milky PC diffuser rated at 86% light transmission for uniform output and reduced LED pixelation. Working temperature range is -50 C to 100 C, with an LED lifetime rating of 50,000 hours. Screw-fixed inline connectors allow profiles to be joined into continuous runs.
