The 5-LDW1213-BK is a trimless drywall LED channel profile designed to integrate flush with interior wall and ceiling surfaces. With a 12.5mm channel width, 13.5mm height, and 52mm overall width, it is suited for framing doorways, constructing feature walls, and concealing wiring in both residential and commercial installations. The black anodized finish provides a clean, low-profile appearance that blends into finished drywall surfaces. Each length measures 3 meters and the extrusion is formed from 6063-T5 aluminum, providing heat sinking and physical protection for the LED strip. The channel accepts flexible LED strips up to 9mm wide and pairs with a push-in milky PC diffuser rated at 86% light transmission for uniform brightness and reduced LED pixelation. Working temperature range is -50 C to 100 C. Rated LED lifetime is 50,000 hours and the profile carries a 1-year warranty.
