The floor insert is a recessed aluminum lighting profile designed for integration into flooring surfaces in commercial and residential interiors. The compact 27 mm by 11 mm cross section sits flush within the floor plane, supporting architectural accent and wayfinding illumination without creating a trip hazard or visual obstruction. The extrusion is produced from 6063-T5 aluminum with an anodized surface that acts as a heat sink and provides physical protection for the LED strip. The interior channel accepts flexible strips up to 12 mm wide, and the push-in milky PC diffuser transmits 86 percent of the light with medium diffusion to reduce visible LED points. Working temperature range is -50 C to 100 C, and the supplied length is 3 m (9.84 ft). Rated LED service life is 50,000 hours and the profile carries a 1-year warranty.
