The LDW Drywall Flex Series is a recessed aluminum LED profile for plaster-in drywall and ceiling installations where a flush, trimless light line is required. The 6063-T5 extrusion carries a silver anodized finish and is supplied in 2000mm lengths at 0.3kg/m. The channel accepts LED strips up to 12mm wide and supports a maximum load of 15W/m, with a silicone diffuser producing a 180-degree distribution. Overall dimensions are 56 x 13 x 2000mm, and the assembly is rated IP00 for dry, protected interior locations. Rated LED service life is 50,000 hours. Accessories include end caps with and without cable holes, a metal 180-degree strip connector and pearl cotton for plaster preparation. Backed by a 1-year warranty.
