An 18 AWG, 6-conductor UL1007 hook-up wire supplied in a 50 ft roll. Conductors are tinned stranded copper in 34/0.16TS construction with PVC insulation, suited to internal wiring of electronic equipment, control panels and light commercial assemblies. The six conductors are color-coded black, green, red, blue, yellow and white for circuit identification.
The wire is rated 300V and 80°C. Nominal insulation wall thickness is 0.38 mm, with a finished conductor diameter of approximately 1.08 mm and conductor resistance of 30 Ω/km at 20°C. Dielectric test rating is 2000V AC per minute. Unaged insulation tensile strength is 10.3 MPa with 100% minimum elongation.
Insulation material is PVC manufactured to RoHS 1.0 (6-substance) compliance.
