A 4-conductor flat ribbon cable built with 20 AWG tinned stranded copper conductors (21/0.16TS) and PVC insulation. Supplied on a 100 ft (30.5 m) reel for signal and power distribution in audio, video and data wiring across commercial and light industrial installations. The cable is rated 300V at 80°C, with nominal conductor resistance of 50 Ω/km at 20°C and a dielectric withstand test of 2000V AC per minute. Insulation wall thickness is nominally 0.38 mm, with a flat profile of 1.8 ±0.10 mm by 3.6 ±0.15 mm per conductor pitch. Unaged insulation tensile strength is 10.3 MPa minimum at 100% minimum elongation. Construction conforms to UL2468 and RoHS 1.0 (6-substance) environmental standards. Backed by a 1-year warranty.
