Aluminum Decking Support Joist, 86 x 2 x 1.18 in., 5 lb, Hidden Clip Fastening

The B-D1-JOIST is an aluminum decking support joist that serves as the structural substrate for WPC (Wood Composite Polymer) no-gap decking board installations. At 86 in. long, 2 in. wide and 1.18 in. deep, it provides the framework to which decking boards are secured, with a coverage rate of approximately 0.8 joists per square foot of deck surface. The joist works with the AL02 65X25 clip-and-screw fastening system, accepting both Clip A and Clip B side clips that lock boards into their side channels without exposed fasteners. Each unit weighs 5 lb, and three units are required per linear meter of deck run. The decking system is covered by a 5-year warranty.
