The 7-57x3W-3K-UL is an SMD2835 LED sign module designed for illuminated channel letters and light boxes with cabinet depths ranging from 60 mm to 180 mm. Operating on 12 VDC constant voltage, modules connect in series strings of up to 20 units and mount via 3M tape with screw or neutral silicone adhesive reinforcement. Each module draws 1.32 W at 110 mA and delivers 110 lumens at 3000K CCT with a 160° beam angle through a clear optic lens. CRI is rated at 75 or above. The IP65-rated housing withstands operating temperatures from -25°C to +60°C, making it suitable for enclosed sign environments. Module dimensions are 80 × 18 × 5.8 mm.
