Recessed LED Aluminum Channel Profile, 31x10mm, 6063-T5, Accepts 12mm LED Strip

The 5-LW2310A is a recessed-mount aluminum channel profile measuring 31x10mm (1.21" x 0.38") with a 20.5mm inner width, designed to house and protect LED flexible strip lighting in wall, ceiling, and millwork installations. It is built from 6063-T5 aluminum with an anodized surface and accepts LED flexible strips up to 12mm wide, with finishes in Silver Anodized, White Painted, and Black Anodized. The profile supplies heat sinking and physical protection to the strip, and operates from -50 C to 100 C. Push-in PC diffusers are offered in transparent, milky (opal), and black; the milky diffuser transmits 86% of light output for uniform brightness. Mounting clips and end caps are available as accessories, and stock lengths run to 13.2 ft (4m). Recommended 12V DC strips are rated 14.4W/m, 1,555 lm/m, CRI >80, 50mm minimum cut length, and a service life above 50,000 hours. Covered by a 1-year warranty.
