The 5-LW2020 is a 20x20mm surface-mount aluminum channel profile for flexible LED strip installations in ceilings, cabinetry, cove details and architectural trim. It is extruded from 6063-T5 aluminum with an anodized surface treatment and accommodates strips up to 17mm in width, providing heat sinking and physical protection. The profile is rated for operating temperatures from -50°C to 100°C and is supplied in an 8.2 ft (2.5 m) length. Finishes include silver anodized, white painted and black anodized. A push-in PC milky diffuser cover (5-LW2020-CV, sold separately) transmits 86% of the light output for uniform brightness and reduced LED hotspots. Rated for 50,000 hours of LED service life and backed by a one-year warranty.
