The 5-LW1606-10-BK is a black anodized aluminum LED channel profile designed for surface-mount LED strip installations. Constructed from 6063-T5 aluminum with a high-standard black anodized finish, it measures 16x7mm in cross-section and accommodates LED flexible strips up to 11mm in width. At 3m (9.84ft / 118in) per unit, it provides both a heat sink function and physical protection for the LED strip. The profile ships with a milky PC diffuser cover that transmits 86% of light output with medium coefficient diffusion, producing uniform brightness while eliminating visible LED hot spots. The diffuser installs via a push-in method. Rated for a working temperature range of -50°C to 100°C, the profile is suitable for demanding indoor and outdoor environments. Available finish options include silver anodized, white painted, and black anodized.
