Black Anodized Aluminum LED Channel Profile, 12x8mm, 2.5m Length

The 5-LW1208-BK is a black anodized aluminum LED channel profile designed to house and protect flexible LED strip installations. Measuring 12mm wide by 8mm tall with a 10.3mm inner width, this 2.5m (approximately 8.2 ft) section accommodates LED strips up to 8mm wide. The profile provides both a heat-dissipation path and physical protection for the strip, and accepts a milky PC diffuser cover that delivers uniform light output by reducing visible LED hot spots. Constructed from 6063-T5 aluminum with a black anodized finish, the profile is rated for operating temperatures from -50°C to 100°C. The milky diffuser transmits 86% of light output with medium coefficient diffusion. The diffuser installs via a push-in method. Available finish options for this profile family include white painted, silver anodized, and black anodized.
