The 5-LWU8016-2M is a recessed aluminum LED channel profile designed for drywall installation, intended for contractors and lighting integrators who require a clean, flush-mounted linear lighting solution. Constructed from 6065-T5 aluminum with a PC diffused cover, it accepts LED strips up to 10mm wide and installs by adhering the strip, pressing in the diffuser, and securing end caps into the recessed channel. The profile supports a maximum load of 15W/m and delivers a 100° beam angle through the diffused cover. It weighs 0.603 kg/m and is available in silver or black anodized finishes, as well as powder-coated white, black, or custom colors. Available lengths include 2000mm, 2500mm, and 3000mm sections.
