It closes the open top of each post and is a standard component in the privacy, mid-trellis, and full-trellis fence configurations, supplied one piece per post set. The cap measures 3.46" x 3.46" x 1.29" (85 x 85 x 33mm) and seats over the post after the side cover is installed, as the final step of the panel assembly sequence. It is constructed from aluminum with a black powder-spray finish matching the posts, rails, brackets, and base used throughout the system.
