The B-D1-WL is a co-extruded WPC (Wood Composite Polymer) no-gap decking board in a Walnut finish for exterior decking. Each board measures 144 in. x 5.7 in. x 0.9 in. and weighs 22 lb. Custom lengths are available. Co-extrusion bonds a polymer protective layer to a high-density recycled plastic and wood fiber core in a single high-temperature process, providing 360-degree UV, scratch, wear and stain resistance with a 3D wood-grain texture for slip resistance. The board carries a waterproof environmental rating, fire retardant construction and a rated service life of 25 years. The no-gap profile removes standard board spacing, reducing trip hazards and loss of small objects through the deck surface. Installation uses a patented hidden side-clip system with a 5 mm gap at board extensions. The manufacturer states a 5-year warranty.
