The 5-LW3535-H is a 35×35mm aluminum LED channel profile for surface-mounted or suspended installation of LED flexible strip lighting. Extruded from 6063-T5 aluminum with an anodized surface treatment, it serves as both a heat sink and physical protection for strips up to 26mm in width. Finish options include white painted, silver anodized, and black anodized, with available lengths of 1m, 2m, 2.5m, 3m, and 4m. The profile is supplied with a milky PC diffuser that transmits 86% of the light output at medium coefficient diffusion, producing uniform brightness and reducing visible LED hot spots. The diffuser installs by push-in assembly and is also offered in transparent and black. Working temperature range is -50°C to 100°C. Covered by a 1-year warranty.
