The 5-LDW5015 is a trimless aluminum LED extrusion profile designed for drywall integration, providing a flush, seamless appearance in architectural lighting installations. With an overall dimension of 98x18mm and an internal channel accepting LED flexible strips up to 47mm wide, it suits concealed linear lighting in walls and ceilings. Constructed from 6063-T5 aluminum with a high-standard anodized silver finish, the profile functions as both a heat sink and physical protection for the installed LED strip. The push-in milky PC diffuser transmits 86% of light output with medium coefficient diffusion, delivering uniform brightness while reducing visible LED points. The profile is rated for operating temperatures from -50 C to 100 C and ships in a 3m length, with 1m, 2m, 2.5m and 4m also available. Diffuser options include transparent, milky (opal) and black; finish options include silver anodized, white painted and black anodized. Rated LED service life is 50,000 hours, and the profile carries a 1-year warranty.
