The 5-LDW1213E is a trimless aluminum LED channel profile designed for flush drywall integration in commercial and residential interior lighting installations. With a 32x13mm cross-section, 9.5mm inner width and 32.5mm mounting wings, it is plastered or mudded into drywall surfaces to produce a clean, borderless finish. Constructed from 6063-T5 aluminum with an anodized silver surface, the profile serves as both a heat sink and physical protection for LED flexible strips up to 9mm wide. It is supplied in a 3 m length and accepts milky, transparent or black PC diffusers that push in without tools. The milky diffuser transmits 86% of light with medium coefficient diffusion to reduce visible LED points, and the assembly is rated for -50°C to 100°C operation. Backed by a 1-year warranty, with a rated LED system life of 50,000 hours.
