Drywall Trimless LED Profile, 0.5" Channel, Silver Anodized 6063-T5 Aluminum, 10 ft

This trimless drywall LED channel profile is designed for seamless integration at wall-to-ceiling transitions and similar interior architectural applications. The trimless construction allows the extrusion to sit flush within drywall, producing clean, uninterrupted lines suited to residential and commercial installations. The profile measures 0.5" in thickness with an inner width of 12.5mm and an outer width of 48.12mm, accepting flexible LED strips up to 12mm wide while concealing and protecting drywall edges. The 10 ft (3 m) length reduces the number of joints across a run. Extruded from 6063-T5 aluminum with an anodized silver surface, the body acts as a heat sink and physical protection for the LEDs. A push-in milky PC diffuser with 86% light transmission is available to even out brightness and reduce visible LED dots. Working temperature range is -50 C to 100 C, with rated LED service life of 50,000 hours. Supplied with a 1-year warranty.
