Photocell Shorting Cap, ANSI C136.10, 0–480V, 15A, IP65

The 1-ST-Z-ShortingCap (Model LT1SC) is a photocell shorting cap designed to bypass a twist-lock photocell receptacle, maintaining a fixture in continuous ON operation. It is suited for applications where constant illumination is required regardless of ambient light conditions, such as tunnels, covered parking structures, or security lighting zones. The cap is rated for 0–480V input and 15A load capacity, covering a broad range of commercial and industrial luminaire installations. It operates across an ambient temperature range of -40°C to +70°C. The housing uses an anti-UV, impact-resistant polycarbonate (PC) cover and a high-temperature-resistant polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) base, providing durability in outdoor and harsh-environment deployments. The LT1SC conforms to ANSI C136.10 and UL773 standards, with UL File No. E492075. Ingress protection is rated IP65 as standard, with IP66 and IP67 configurations available as options.
