The CA4-20-500 is a 20 AWG, 4-conductor flat cable built to the UL2468 style for electrical wiring applications requiring reliable multi-conductor connections. Its flat profile suits installations where routing space is limited or organized cable management is a priority. Each conductor consists of 21 strands of 0.16 mm tinned copper, rated 300 V at 80 degrees C with a conductor resistance of 50 ohms per km at 20 degrees C. PVC insulation is dielectric tested at 2000 V AC for one minute. The stranded construction reduces stiffness, making termination and routing more manageable in the field, and the cable ships on a 500 ft (152.5 m) reel. Insulation materials meet RoHS.
