5.8GHz Microwave Motion Sensor for LED High Bay, 1-10V Dimmable, IP65

The HD406VRH is a 5.8GHz microwave motion sensor designed for internal mounting in LED high bay fixtures, including UFO, traditional aluminum reflector, and linear/tri-proof high bay configurations. It provides occupancy-based on/off switching and 1-10V dimming control, supporting bi-level operation with configurable hold time and standby dimming levels. Compatible with the HD03R remote for field programming without additional tools. The sensor operates on 120–277VAC, 50/60Hz, and supports mounting heights up to 15m (49.21ft) with a maximum detection diameter of 14m (45.93ft). Detection sensitivity is adjustable at 25/50/75/100%. Daylight threshold settings range from 2 to 120 Lux or can be disabled. Standby dimming levels of 10/20/30/50% and hold times from 5 seconds to 30 minutes are field-selectable. Operating temperature range is -35°C to +60°C. The sensor carries an IP65 rating, making it suitable for environments where dust ingress and water jets are a concern. The manufacturer states a 5-year warranty. Installers should note that microwave energy can penetrate walls or glass thinner than 20mm; installation in fully metal-enclosed spaces is not recommended.
